Brett Knowles, founder of The Balanced Scorecard Network and Performance Measurement and Management (pm2) has served as a Thought Leader and Practitioner organization over the last 30 years. He has had the good fortune of being involved with the pioneering work in non-financial measurement with roles in the initial Balanced Scorecard research with Drs. Kaplan and Norton, development of intangible asset measurement with Hubert St. Onge, Charles Armstrong, and Leif Edvinsson. The development of the first scorecard application (pb views) and the first web-based scorecard support tool, the Design Center at the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative. 


Four of our clients have been awarded the prestigious Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame by Drs. Kaplan and Norton. Their last four best-selling books have referenced our clients as world-class implementations. Our work is referenced in over twenty other books and our webinars can be found on numerous publication sites. Brett has also served as CMA’s competency leader for Performance Measurement and Management.  He has been invited to present his lead-edge thinking at over 350 conferences and seminars.
